You buy your own Anthropic key and top it up yourself, so AI usage never passes through our invoice and carries no margin from us. Archive migration has a 300-document minimum. Page caps are what set the search time we publish — an archive ten times the size costs the same per question; only the wait grows.

The support subscription is included in the first year and renews by choice from the second. The individual package is a package for a person, not for an entity: any body with a management structure starts at Team, however few its people. Upgrading mid-year is prorated on the base subscription and setup is never charged twice.
