What Auton Systems collects on this website, and what a client's own hosted instance processes on their behalf.

1. Who we are
Auton Systems builds and operates the Intelligent Arab Legal Hub (IALH) and the Intelligent Knowledge Base System (IKBS) — hosted, single-tenant products. Each client gets their own isolated instance; no client's data ever shares a server or a database with another's.
2. What we collect on this website
Nothing beyond standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, and time of request. There are no analytics cookies. Your theme and language preference are stored in your own browser only, and never sent to us.
3. What a client's instance processes
Inside a client's own instance: the account names and roles their manager sets up; the documents the client uploads; the questions asked and the answers given; a WhatsApp phone number a manager links to a user, and the text of WhatsApp messages sent to the client's own WhatsApp Business number, used only to answer that message. All of it lives in the client's own instance and their own private repository. Auton Systems does not sell it, share it, or use it to train any model.
4. Processors
Anthropic provides the AI answers, under the client's own API key, with retention governed by Anthropic's own terms. Meta / the WhatsApp Business Platform delivers messages, when a client enables that channel. GitHub hosts the client's own private repository. The instance's hosting provider runs the container. Each of these processes only what its function needs.
5. Retention and deletion
Data stays for as long as the client's contract runs. A client can delete documents and users from their instance at any time. On termination, the instance and its backups are deleted within 30 days, and the client keeps their own repository.
6. Security
Secrets are encrypted at rest, access follows per-user permissions, every action is recorded in an append-only, tamper-evident audit log, and each client runs in one dedicated container.
